Compass Pet Heritage Cemetery & Crematorium is located in Windellama in the Southern Highlands in a natural bushland setting where the environment is very important. They are eco friendly whenever possible. The property is on 100 acres, Escott and Kim have only developed under 10 acres of the property for the crematorium complex. The complex is Government Approved and Licensed by the EPA. Compass Pet Heritage Cemetery & Crematorium is licensed by the Local Council so the cemetery is protected and can never be built over.
Kim and Escott have built two dams so far with an island and one with a waterfall for the wildlife to enjoy. They have Kangaroos, Wallabies, Wombats, Many native birds and they have seen some Emu’s and Platypuses in their creek. When the water is low in the creek you can see their burrows.
