Escott & Kim Starling, owners of Compass Pet Heritage Cemetery & Crematorium are building a Meditation Chapel in an idyllic location in the Australian natural bushland with 360 degree views. This is the perfect place to rest and unwind from the stress of the city. This beautiful location is a place where you can think and receive help from your loss. Condolence Conselling packages will be available when the Meditation Chapel has been completed.
The structure is very unusual and has been architecturally designed. A long distance guardrail train carriage is situated in the middle of the building. This consists of a bathroom, kitchen, boardroom and office facility inside. A long wide verandah will be placed on one side of the train with the formal hall on the other side of the train. The long distance train carriage is 60ft long. The formal hall will be the same length, 20 meters by 10 meters wide and will feature large windows and doors for air flow and bush water views. Sometimes you will see a kangaroo drinking with its joey. From the Meditation Hall you will be able to walk straight into a large deck with casual seating for your comfort – reflecting while looking at the peaceful views. The Meditation Chapel’s roof has been specifically designed to cover the roof of the train and continue across the front verandah. A train inside a building symbolises a journey.
