From Arrangement to Farewell
Pet Burial
After you come to us by appointment and choose your pet's burial options, we arrange a suitable date that is available for the burial. We will take care of everything for you and prepare everything for your Burial Service.
The viewing chapel is arranged ready for the Pet Burial Service and is free when conducting a pet burial. You can conduct your full service yourself, or we can help you arrange your service. After the service, we drive your pet to our Compass Pet Heritage cemetery, which is located on the same property.
A Compassionate Farewell
Pet Cremation
If you choose to come directly to us by appointment for cremation, when you arrive, we will place your little one in the viewing chapel for you and your family to pay your last farewells and respects. We will meet you in our family condolence lounge when you are ready.
Our Family Condolence Lounge
This is where we discuss your wishes and arrange the burial or cremation options. Any personal request, if possible, we will carry out for you. You may wish for a Photo, a blanket, or a toy to be with them. Flowers may also be arranged to be with your beloved pet family member.
Our family condolence lounge is a comfortable room for your family to wait or rest before you are ready to leave. We offer light refreshments before your journey home.
